Healthy Honey Puffs

This is my all time favourite breaky! I make it up in one big batch – one bag of rice puffs and one bag of buckwheat puffs mixed together in a Tupperware cereal container.
What’s even better, is that it’s super good for you because of the buckwheat. The Beautiful benefits of buckwheat: it contains linoleic acid, vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, E, P), essential amino acids, minerals – chromium, copper, manganese, folic acid – and is an excellent source of magnesium. It also has anti-tumor and tonic effects. Time to jump on the buckwheat bandwagon people!
15g (about ¾ cup) puffed rice
15g (about ¾ cup) buckwheat puffs
2tsp organic honey
1 medium banana
Mix together the rice and buckwheat puffs. Top with honey and chopped banana.
